RIA Services support for Windows Phone 7
WCF RIA Service would be a great improvment!

I have a medium size project built on RIA and would like to easily use the client portions on the phone.

RIA support would be great!
Linq providers for custom data sources are not supported on Windows Phone 7. Please fix this! This kind of crippling was the hallmark of Compact Framework for earlier versions of Windows Mobile, which made it the ugly (and often hated) step-child of the .NET family. Don't make real-world data access on Windows Phone 7 a major pain for developers.
There are some differences between Silverlight on Windows and Silverlight on Windows Phone as described here:
LINQ is one notable one but there are others as well.
First we are working with the corresponding teams to get some of the prerequisites of RIA Services. We can look into this feature after some of those items are addressed.

Do you know that you can use RIA Services in Windows Phone? Check this: http://channel9.msdn.com/shows/SilverlightTV/Silverlight-TV-26-Exposing-SOAP-OData-and-JSON-Endpoints-for-RIA-Services/
I'm looking for a full support of RIA Services in windows Phone and not using a Proxy.
